Registration Obligations:

In consideration of your utilization of our products and services, you hereby affirm that you possess the legal age to enter into a binding contract. You also agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete information about yourself that matches our policies and procedures.
  • keep this information updated so it remains correct and current.

Infodepots can suspend or end your access to our products and services if we believe that the information you provide is false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete.

If you create or receive a user ID or password during registration, you are responsible for keeping it safe and private. You are fully accountable for everything that happens under your account. If someone uses your password or account without permission, you agree to:

  • notify Infodepots right away and
  • log out of your account at the end of each session

Infodepots is not responsible for any loss or damage if you do not follow these rules.

Communications:

You understand that when using our products and services, you will receive certain messages from Infodepots, such as important product and service updates. You cannot opt out of these messages. You also agree that our products and services may include communications about offers from Infodepots.

Confidentiality: 

You agree not to share any private, non-public information you discover while using our products and services with others.

Commercial Reuse: 

You agree not to sell, resell, copy, or otherwise use any part of our products and services for commercial purposes. This includes your user ID, password, or any content from the products and services.

Non-Transferability:

You agree that your account is non-transferable and that you may not assign this agreement or any rights hereunder without Infodepots’ prior, written consent.

Termination:
When you accept these policies, you enter into an agreement with Infodepots. This agreement lasts as long as you have an account on the Infodepots website or until we end your account according to these policies. Either you or Infodepots can close your account at any time and for any reason by notifying the other party. We can also suspend your account whenever we choose, with or without reason.

Infodepots is committed to handling your Personal Data in line with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) principles, which cover notice, choice, accountability, security, data integrity, access, recourse, enforcement, and liability.

If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, we will inform you about why we collect and use your Personal Data. We will also tell you what types of third parties may receive your data, the options you must limit its use and disclosure, and how to contact us. You will receive this information in clear language when we first ask for your Personal Data, or soon after. We will tell you before we use or share your data for any purpose other than what it was initially collected for. Infodepots remains responsible under the DPF principles if any third-party agents we hire mishandle your data unless we can prove we are not responsible for the issue.

VII. Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability 

We will investigate and try to resolve any complaints or issues about how we use or disclose your Personal Data within 45 days of receiving your complaint.
